Peter-Jan Solka defends and advises clients in all areas of white collar criminal law, general criminal law and professional law.

Peter-Jan Solka studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. He worked in white collar criminal law during his studies and also worked for a renowned law firm specializing in (white collar) criminal law throughout his legal clerkship. Since the beginning of his career as a lawyer, Peter-Jan Solka has specialized in white collar and general criminal law. In particular, he is focused on providing criminal law advice to ship owners.

He is the author of various specialist publications and is a commentator on the professional law of lawyers in Beck’s online commentary on the German Federal Lawyers’ Act. Peter-Jan Solka is recommended by the Handelsblatt as an outstanding lawyer for white collar criminal law.

In his spare time, he gives free rein to his creative side as an amateur painter and devotes himself to physical fitness.
